Made quiche last night.

I needed to use the green peppers and eggs from Eatwell. You know what? Organic food is tiny. It really makes you think about what industrial farmers must do to get a larger product. Not to get preachy. Because food snobbery is not allowed here. We eat KFC and coq au vin and don't care what you eat as long as it pleases you.

Also, that refrigerated Pillsbury crust dough is pretty good. I'm completely retarded when it comes to making pie dough, so this is a helpful product. (Though, I suspect I'm not rolling it thin enough.)

Today, I'll try to do something with the leeks and have more quiche. Question: if so much of the leek is inedible, why do they sell it that way? Why pay for inedible parts? Don't say stock.
