Chick talks about 2 recent chick books. Geez, look at those covers with the pink and heels and take out Chinese boxes. Apparently, the rallying calls of single chickhood. The writer seems dismissive of these books as shallow and escapist. I've never read a chick book, but is that really so terrible? I'm not sure if one picks up this kind of book to unfold a soul.
